The 66 was the last year to use brake fluid for the pump motor and cyls. The fill plug is on the motor and after it is full it does not take long to bleed the cyls . but you have to keep refilling...

Most Auto parts stores have what you need and you may have to convert sys. to R-134 ref.

Caster preferred is +3/4 deg..(+-1/2) deg. range is +1-1/4 to1/4 deg.
Camber perferred 0 deg. (+- 1/2deg. ) range is +1/2 deg. to -1/2 deg.
Toe-in preferred is 1/4 ( +-1/16 deg. )
range is 3/16"...
Clean the ground at the rear and check for the correct bulbs in the socket( Look for a single bulb in a dual socket ) HTH
