i read that buick used a nickel content in their cast iron blocks and heads
and don't need hardened valve seats.
NGK plugs, hands down. Nailheads perform the best on these.
Friend of mine ran nailheads for years; 322 up to 425. he swore that the
engines ran at best performace using NGK spark plugs over other ones he
