I think they went too far with the chop. It doesn't flow and cutting the back glass to fit will be a nightmare.

Shoot the clip with PB Blaster and pry it any way you can. It will come off.

Might have blown some internal seals by over-filling. You need to call a transmission shop and maybe they will be abel to tell you for sure.

Hard to say but my guess would be that the forward and reverse bands are out of adjustment. I have to ask the obvious...Have you checked the fluid level?
