thanks fellows for you help and the great picture gransport231 but im thinking my serpentine belt runs under neath or thru the motor mount

It does not have a supercharger..

do i have to remove any thing to replace the serpentine belt on a 99 buick 3800 series ll ? other than the old belt of course... i havent tried yet but it seems like there are things prohibiting...

you may need a new modulator valve...
