my 53` 2dr special gets a new paintjob. therefore i do have to remove the chrome side trim(3 parts: rear fender, door, front fender). Do i have to remove any screws or is it just like...

He also ment, that knuckle can still use the original lever shocks, but it would be better to exchange them into newer ones.:waving:

Hi snake...thanx for translating:thumbsup:, the other german guy "knuckle" bought my custom made lowering springs and didn`t know if he could use the lever shocks furthermore.

yes...nearly everything is original...the straight 8 and the rear-axle too. I only did the 12V conversion, because it`s easier with the airride. Here are a few pics of the pinstripings...
