I hand made it, Any good welder could do it for you. I had the benefit of having the motor out of the car and it was just a matter of taking measurements and welding away. Very simple design.

Your pretty limited because of the 4 stud hubs and the 4 1/2" bolt circle. I researched it to death on my 62 with out much luck. I was told that the old datsun 240-260Z had the same pattern, never...
Have you tried Rock Auto?
I searched everywhere, bought two different "universal" brackets guarantee to fit and neither worked. You just have to modify your gen bracket and build a new upper. Sorry.
There are new disc brakes under the front wires and a dual master cylinder and prop. valve under the hood. Putting disc under the rear would be a pain in the butt.
Are do as I did and go to true knock off wires and you can go to any size wheel you want. You can buy a 4 1/2 x 4 lug adaptor all day on e-bay and then buy what ever wheel size you want. If you don't...
These guys can help. Not sure what it will cost. I know they have a good core because I gave them one last week.

Words of advice, if you plan to pull the HK unit off you will need an 1/2" swivel and 12" extension in order to access the firewall bolts. It almost appeared that the bolts locations were placed...
Funny, I was looking at the first photo after I posted it an noticed my car serial# stamped into the frame rail right under the master cylinder. Never saw that before.
My 62 Skylark has power brakes. It is a one off Kelsy Hayes unit similar to the ones used on 60 era thunderbirds. I installed Scarebird front disc but if you don't have the standoff bracket and the...
I can't use the parts but I certainly will help you get it. If you want to buy them and have them shipped to me in Texas, we will get them shipped for you for cost. Not looking for anything extra.

Here is the current ebay listing for the adaptors I bought. They worked fine on the drums all the way around but you might want to install a little longer studs, about a buck a piece. Easy change...
I feel your pain and took the easy way out, I converted my 62 to true knockoff wire wheels. The adapters are easy to find and if you can live with a true wires you can go to any size. I went to 14"...
Go to Rock Auto website. They have the center carrier bearing.
Best bet is check daily on US Ebay, I see them on a regular basis.

Let me see what I can do, I can rescan if necessary. I PDF it to try and reduce the size which it did. I have the magazine so it will be no problem to redo it. I have to park a ship in the am but if...
e-mail me at mike.linbeck@eimc.com and I will send you the complete article. Just too big to post. It is a very good article and I wish the mods would put it up.
Yes it does.
Here are a few photos of mine, about ready for the 62 Skylark.
I have a very good article from a 1985 Hot Rod magazine on how to build a 215 stroker motor. This is the article that we used to build our 215 into a 266. The article is to large to add as an...

I went with Zenith old school wire wheels on my 62 Skylark (knockoffs) after the disc brake conversion. I also learned that 240-280Z cars have wheels that will fit. I used 89 Gallant rotors so I am...
