when i replaced my manifold i used the gold colored RTV. ive not driven the car yet as im still getting it road ready after a 15 year nap but i have run the motor quite a bit with no issuses
i to just fixed mine. turns out it was a stuck vlave and not a lifter, i took off the rocker arm shaft and sprayed penetrating oil on the vlave and taped it with a hammer until it became free. thanks...
