If you mean slower and less responsive yes! Certainly no truth to that one! :clonk:
Don, PM me with what year the drivetrain is and what you are looking to get out of it.
Sounds like the coupler in the snout of the Supercharger, no big deal to swap and not a very expensive deal either. :shield:
Great cars. Own a 98 Regal GS and have nothing but good things to say about it. As far as things to watch for, make sure trans shifts well, electronic climate display is lit (no big fix if it is...
Really depends on your plans for the motor. Are you putting it in a Regal or what. Maybe I can help with some suggestions. :shield:
Tell you how to find out. Check with Murphinator on RegalGS.org. He is a guru on these cars and can tell you about all you need to know!:shield:
If my memory serves correctly the naturally aspirated 3.8s were plastic from around 97 on up. It really depends on the engine in question. :shield:
Yep, that would be the Olds Jetfire. A very cool car and should be really neat on the Buick!
Sounds like the contacts behind the horn pad are not making contact, before you fool with it make sure to unhook the battery as not to set off the air bag when you remove the pad or switch. Hope this...
Sounds like the A/C oculd have leaked down. They have a low pressure switch which will keep the compressor from engaging if the pressure is to low. This is to prevent damage. So check you a/c charge....
Wiggle the black cover going from the body of the car to the door. This is the part the wiring goes through. Do this on the drivers side, or try putting the door in different positions while trying...

Try this, if not try to describe the part and what it pertains to and we will try to help. If that does not work post a part # or even a pic of the...
I would certainly say that it started as a dark Blue and the sun has caused the lavender look to it over the years.

Try this and see if it looks right.:shield:
If it is routed anything like a Century, I just repaired a problem identical to what you are describing on a 97 Century.
It was a vac. leak. It was under the battery which had been replaced a...
My 87 Century started missing when I changed the plugs and wires on it once. Turned out to be a bad coil pack. Must have had to do with the resistance of the new plugs and wires is all I can figure,...
Yes it is correct.
Those are going to be awesome when you get done, either you have the time or the money, never both, sometimes neither!
Once again, Merry Christmas to all my Buick brothers w/many Buick parts under the tree! Be safe and Godspeed to all! :shield::wavey:
Could be a number of things from the mass air sensor to the idle air control valve. Read the codes and report back. :shield:
As far as I know it should have the Eaton M90 charger, so it should be the same as late model Regal GS cars and Pontiac Grand Prixs. Check out the info at www.regalgs.org for more info. :shield:
The 4BBL was an option on any turbocharged Regal in 78 and a few years after as well. You could order the turbocharged Regal 3.8 with either a 2BBL or with a 4BBL.:shield:
What do you need to know about the WE4?:shield:
Absolutly one awesome GS. That car really has some history behind it. Are you the owner of the GS?
