So the casing number bit me when I saw it 1241748.
The intake seems to be original but I found a remanufactured sticker on the block behind the starter.
Would still love to put a year on the block.

Great info. Thanks! Unfortuneately, I just found out I don't have the original engine. I'm pretty sure its newer than a 68-69.
I have a '68 Jeep with a 350. The code is milled of the deck.
The Engine serial number (behind the PS pump) is B2E07720.
Can someone tell me anything about this engine?
