Your 54 looks fine, but the color is probably not original. The reference sections is very helpful. These original items are from 1954 and were given to dealers to show the customers the available...
The Special and Century series share the small body, the Super and Roadmaster series the big body. Most parts won't interchange from Super to Special. I'd buy the same model as parts car!

My 54 Special Riviera has power steering and I was surprised how easy it is to move a big car like that! Power Steering is a big help in my eyes.
