I have 67 GS CA; same kind of problem and SMS had the patterns fo doors and seats. Seats had to be assembled and sewn, pattern is perfect.

Hold on there, you have to get the lense out of there to get the bulb from the outside, like you were doing. Be very careful, , and if its that hard to get the lense out - gaskets and lenses are...
