www.thepartsplaceinc.com has patch panels for both..kinda pricey for the 1/4s but the fender patches are not to bad. Ebay also has 1/4s on it sometimes for a little less...as well as fender...

they sell some really good quality and good priced kits on ebay. theres pretty much always one listed the prices vary depending on the kit..i got a complete kit for about 450 shipped i think it...
