Since it's an oldsmobile motor it would have a BOP bellhousing. So I would think that it should mount up. I've heard people swapping TH350's up to a 340 without issues.

I'm pretty sure they do. To get valve seals you'll need to buy them seperately.

I'd like to get the headers sanderson makes for the 340. Though they are shorty's, does anyone know how much of a power increase I'd get over my stock manifolds? Are they worth it? Thanks
