being that the 57 buick was a one year design I doubt anyone has them. I used lowering springs on mine, got them from Detroit eaton spring.
maybe Jamco has them.

you can use a 61/62 3rd member. ihave one in my 57, just use your 59 axles. i used a trailing arm setup like nascar type bars.

i have a '64' 401 with a th400 tranny. does anyone know where to find a flex plate for it ? or are they interchangeable with other years?
