Floor boards are relatively easy to replace, even for a novice if you take your time and don't rush things. Get a bead roller (cheap) and fab your own floor boards. All those things you listed are...

That's great! I've got a line on a '65 Wildcat rearend with 3.07 gears (non-posi).. that'll work great for highway cruisin'! Thx. :shifter:
Depends on what I put in as a power plant. If it turns out to be something other than Buick the people here can get pretty darn unruly.. ha! :D
If you're going through the trouble of removing the body and updating the rear end why not just stick the body on something newer? Buick wagon or something? There are some frames with the same...
Hey, I keep hearing that a '63 Riviera rearend is the rearend to use when moving to an open driveline in a '55 Buick. Question(s)...
1. What is the gear ratio in one of these or did they vary?...
thx mon'. It would be for the tail light housing.:car:
Off topic... is that a Buick pulling a trailer in your signature? I'd like to see a larger pic of that if possible! I've got a old Shasta I'm going to restore to pull behind the Buick once it's...
Looking for tail light seals for my '55... anybody know where I can get them without having to buy and entire weather strip kit?

Yeah.. I know that website.. I've purchase 2 sets of retro hubcaps from them in the past. thx.
So the cop cars had center caps aye? Well this WAS a black and white special... hmmmmmm..... Do...
:jeez:My '55 Special has what looks to be holes that one time held clips for center caps? Is this true and if so, where can I find new clips to rivet on. I'd like to go with a center cap, painted...
Nothing wrong with keeping it original.. however I found that the cost of nailhead rebuilds is steep, parts are a bit more difficult to find. I guess there's pluses and minuses on both sides. Good...
I'd like to do same.. keep rearend in my '55.. everything else is gutted and I'll be putting in a different motor/tranny from a donor car. However, if I can keep the rearend I'd like to.
I'd...
