You guys are right on the money,the 2 vent lines are pointed up,and there are no vented caps for the filler neck,so I'll check out the surge tubes and go from there.I thank you for the info.--Wamp__

Just pu a 68 skylark conv. motor was changed and this one needs rebuilt the #s are 1382201L stampted on the saddle.Any one know what the mean? Thanks-Wamp-
