Special, Skylarks ( also GS ) and LeSabre.
In 1969 it was the "1st Type or Design" used with a spacer
having 1 7/32 ID both ends.

The P.O.P. would have been with the cars warranty booklet
along with the papers given to the original owner. After GM
discontinued the use of the P.O.P. many owners trashed them.
