It will bolt up the the turbo 400's from 64 and 65-66, the latter with the switch pitch transmission. The swap will require some machining on the center hole on the th400 flex plate to fit the 63 crank and a bushing as well. If you're going to do it, make sure you get all the wiring that goes with it. The dynaflow used a rod kick-down to shift it into passing gear, the th400's are electic. Get the carburetor and linkage as well to operate the converter and the kick down.
You can put a 200r4 or a 700r4 in but it requires and adapter plate between the block and the transmission. This web site has the adapters you will need

Good luck.

I jumped the gun on my last post, I wrote the post assuming you had the 401 engine, the LeSabre might also have the 300-340 engine. That's a whole different story. I'm not familiar with the small block and its related transmission. Sorry to have jumped the gun.
I'll look in my 63 chassis manual and see if I can't come up with some facts for you.
The LeSabre will have a 401, it will be the low compression 2bbl engine but it will have the Twin Turbine (dynaflow)
