1970 buick electra rear drum brakes not working
starting up my electra after years of indoor storage and after replacing a blown out brake line running from proportioning valve to rear brake splitter, and bleeding out the two rear brake cylinders, i still get no action from the drum brakes. with my brake pedal fully depressed i can still turn the rear wheels. any suggestions? how can i tell if the pistons are seized, and is it uncommon for BOTH to seized? can i free the pistons up without removing the cylinders from the car?
