help to ID Buick hub cap (dog dish)

Hi,

Would like to know if anyone can ID this Buick hub cap. I have looked through all of the members photos and do not see this one.

From the quality of construction, and the weight, I think it will be pre-50's, but the tri-shield emblem style looks like it would be 70's or 80's.

It is in very good shape, Stainless steel outer skin with a galvanized inner skin. It is quite heavy for it's size. The outside dia. is 11" , the inside dia. (on the back side) is 9-3/4" , the black paint cirlce is 3-3/4" , and the height of each shield is 2-1/2" . The black circle is the only paint in the typical semi-gloss. There is no paint on the tri-shields, flacking off or otherwise.
