I think you'll find what you're looking for. :laugh_4:
That's a really cool car, but the dummy spots are driving me nuts:clonk:
These caps are repro replicas of an Oldsmobile style full chrome hubcap, quite popular in the mid '50s and early '60s for that 'custom' wheel look. They fit 15" steel rims with, or without tube type tires, and were held on with metal tab grips that were part of the outer rolled over edge of the hubcap. Spinner type caps were also popular designs on other manufacturer's models over the years,
Cadillac and Dodge Custom Royal Lancer come to mind.
The most popular design was probably the '56 Oldsmobile Starfire Fiesta full chrome disc with the large charriot style flipper blade centres, that looked really good when the car was in motion.
They were also a very sought after item, in the mid-night auto supply business !
My 53` should look like that...after the modifications. I`ve tried my best with photoshop ;o):

That means:
Lancer Hubcaps, red steelies, airride, fender skirts, lake pipes, external sunvisor...but nearly everything can be rebuilt within one day to the origin.:bana:

I'm going for the same look on my '53 Special. Big Jims in Whitney TX has the skirts for a very reasonable price.
