Help with Stromberg AAV 16 dual carbs.
Hi, Please can anyone help, our recently acquired 1941 Buick has been off the road since 1965 (according to the tags on it).
The rear carb needs some work, it is in pretty good condition but it needs a throttle spindle and the two butterflys, including screws.
The number on the carb is AA 1. the number below the mixture screws is 382260 then R 7 further along the casting.
Can anyone point us in the right direction to obtain these parts?
Do they interchange with any other carbs?
The car was imported into the UK in December 2018, we are working on nursing it back to life and keeping original.
Thanks for any help, Ted

Look up this wed site. It is complete. Identifys front and rear carb’s with “ID’s”. http://Www.carburetor-blog.com/Buick...dentification/ Its the best web site for Buick cars. I think it goes back to 1930.
