Hi Todd. You supplied me with belt line molding part numbers a year or more ago for a 75 Century wagon. LR 9620809, RR9620808, LF9673655 and RF9673654. Will these for sure fit my car ? $500 plus shipping is a lot to spend if they won't fit. Thanks in advance. Mick
I have a 73 Buick Centurion 4 door hardtop that I brought with me to NZ from Australia.
My car is right hand drive however, when it was converted, they ran a bar type arrangement (chain and cog setup) across the firewall linking into the steering arm and steering box which is located on the left hand side of the vehicle. While it was legal in Australia, NZ won't comply my car until all steering is direct t
Working on 65 Super Wildcat as seen on Buick.net when Robert Stern (Dual Qwad) was the proud owner.
Sadly Robert and his brother Aaron have passed away. I have both 65's Robert had collected and think of him every
time I work on the cars. RIP Aaron and Robert. Regards, Ted
Hello Jacob! I stumbled across your post about using a Jag suspension on uour Buick. I've got a '47 Roadie, an XJ6, and an LS engine in my garage, and plan to put them all together for a nice driving restomod. Do you have any details of your swap that you can share? I'm told that the Jag IFS and IRS can be made to "bolt in" the Buick frame for a great driving cruiser. If that's all true, I should be in great shape. On the otherhand, I don't want to create a Frankenstein monster.
Thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide.
All the best,
Hi ‘37’ Buick. Is that your engine ? In the pix ? Not your average engine. I had a ‘37’ coupe for about 2 years but it was to nice for me. Sold it to a guy in PA. Bought a ‘35’ Vicky. That goes with my ‘38’ coupe. Thats my traveling car. Over drive makes it roadable. Even the 3.90 rear is to slow for todays highways. I cruise 65 mph in my ‘38’ w/ OD.
Hi there Jyrki! I have a 51 Roadmaster with a 320 straight eight, but the dynaflow has no reverse. I was reading up on the 320 straight eights and ran across a page where you mentioned a super T10 tranny. I was wondering about that conversion. If we could have a phone call about that, that would be awesome.
