Wiper arm spacer

I lost my wiper arm in pouring rain, to dangerous to stop and retrieve it. I can buy a new arm but where can I find the spacer between the output shaft and the wiper arm? The spacer is splined on the inside and outside. It is held on by a 8 32 screw.

I most likely have one of those, if I can remember where I put the box. I had a bunch of small, loose Trico parts in a box, but not sure where it went. I'll look in the shop Monday when I get there. The box is there somewhere, not just sure exactly where.

What's the OD of that "knob"? There's a technical name for it, but it escapes my memory as I'm typing this. There were a couple of different sizes and I don't think this box is entirely for Buicks.

I had a 52 Wagon once upon a time.

I can not find the spacer in the parts manual. It has splines on the inside and outside. The OD. is .543 inches and the ID. is .234 inches and it is .375 inches tall.

I ran across that term in the parts manual last night, did not know what it was. I will look again now. by the way Bittmann I still have all those hood ornament pieces, when do you need them?

When? Any time! I can resurrect our DM, that'll let us get together in a more direct fashion.

The only lead on a Trico part # I've found is #79016 from this (sold) ebay listing.

And it looks like that part# has a number of different iterations. 79016-1J, 79016-2J (that looks like it's retained by a little cotter pin and has a COMPLETELY different internal diameter)...hard to find a "just 79016". So I don't know if that's actually the right part # at all!

If this burr part #79016 is right is found on 1949 50 59 70 79 and 50-53 50 and 70 All Supers and all Roadmasters.
