I've recently seen two shows on the Velocity channel in which chrome wheels with "built in" whitewalls were added to custom Buicks, one was a '59 LeSabre and I think the other was a '60 Electra. I really liked the wheels but they were 20" wheels. Any idea where I can find these style in a standard 15" wheel?
