Source for spring lock on Buick clutch fork?

Help. I need what buick refers to as a "release rod nut lock" that fits on the small end of the clutch fork ("clutch release yoke"), and is a spring steel pair of fingers. The same small bolt that holds it to the fork also holds the leather boot that fits into the bell housing.
I cannot find a parts number anywhere, let alone the part. "Old" GM part no. 1393567 is for a "kit" that includes the yoke and several other parts. "Old" GM part no. 1327132 is for the yoke alone, but I don't know if that includes the release rod nut lock. Can anyone suggest a source, or whether this item was used on other GM cars.

If I remember right i have seen a Spring like this on a 95 Chevy Diesel truck (with a Newventure 4500 5 Speed Tranny).
Check out the Chevy Guys, maybe they know more.:wavey:
