I have just added a "Site Search" box in some locations. This box searches some of the forums and all of the reference area. The search box in the navbar only searches the forums and articles.

Try it and tell me what you think, I may "tweak" it.

Maybe it should not search any of the forums, only the reference area...?
 
You should be able to see it on the site front page or the forum front page at the top of the right column.

If not, I will have to see if there is a permission issue.

Even if you can not see it on those pages, you should find it in the header of all reference pages.

Let me know what you find!
