Replacement wheels

I'm restoring a 46 Roadmaster, and am looking to replace the original factory wheels. They are 15" with mounted P215 75 R15 and P225 75 R15 tires. I would like to stay with original style wheels so I could use the original caps and rings, but safety is a priority. What are you guys replacing old, rusty wheels with? Thanks.

The parts book shows 1941 - 1960 15X6.00 as all the same (except 76X).

For original you can look on ebay, Click Here

Otherwise, I run "Wheels Vintique", nice, but not quite original.

Thanks for the info. A couple of mine have the hole where the valve stem comes out rusted out with a portion of the tube threatening to cut through. Except for that, I would probably just blast and paint. My concern is where the center is welded to the outer rim. For sure, I'll check out "Wheels Vintique" Thanks again.

My 52 Super, I never had a problem keeping the hub caps on with bias ply tires, when I went to radials the hub caps would rotate and twist over the valve stems and the hub caps would work their way off. I recommend new wheels.
