Hey guys, Well the money finally got put back on my card from the starter I purchased at T/A performance................I am VERY upset that they subtracted $50.00 from the total price and only gave me back $299.95 when I was lead to believe that all my money was going to be refunded................They either charged me roughly a 20% restocking fee or made me pay for shipping both ways on a starter that was clearly false advertised..........I called there about an hr ago and talked to Tim; I explained to him that on their website it says "will fit nailhead with headers" but on the invoice I received when I got the product it said "will fit nailhead 401-425 without headers".............So, clearly that should be considered factory error and with factory error I should have received all of my money back, including shipping.........Well, he informed me that their website is not updated as often as their catalog is and it says will not fit nailhead with headers in their catalog (supposedly)............I asked him if her considered that false advertisement and he really didn't have a comment.............I also asked him if he went to an auto parts store and purchased a part for his vehicle and it didn't fit when he got home would he consider that factory error? and honestly he didn't have much to say about that either.............Well, long story short, he said the person he needed to talk to wasn't there at the moment so he took my phone number and said he or someone else would get back with me (today hopefully, he says).............Oh, he also asked me if I informed the person I talked to that I had headers when I ordered the starter.........I said "yes, I actually ordered the headers from you all not even a month and a half prior to ordering the starter so shouldn't that have been a given anyways"?..........all he said was "WOW!!!!!, because we do have a starter that will fit with headers" He acted surprised........but it says right on their website that both of their mini's will work with headers and THEY WILL NOT, solenoid is WAY WAY WAY too big, honestly, I dont know if it would fit with the stock manifolds on an "A" body nail...........I'll see how it pans out but if they dont put the rest of the money on my card I will NEVER purchase any item from them ever again and I will also let everyone know how crappy their items and service are...........Thank's again Tom for being a lifesaver in this ordeal...
