ID manifold on 215?

I just got my first Buick 215. It arrived with an intake manifold with casting number Y 1349520. It appears to be slightly modified at the carb mounting corners, and currently holds a Holley 4160. I’ve gone through all the “Reference” info seeming applicable.
Do any of you have another casting number reference to suggest, or perhaps already recognize that number?
Thanks very much for any time you spend on this. I’ve spent over an hour googling for this, to no avail.

I do believe that is a Buick 215 casting number.

Thanks very much. It was close to a 215 number on one site, but not listed fully, so I felt I should keep searching.

That manifold mounts an AFB in stock form.

I’m sorry to be so slow, I was diverted to fix a neighbor’s under-hood water and fuel leaks: love going back to a car that has a 1962 engine: no 2001 Ford plastic thermostat housing and “Obsolete-part not available” O-ring for fuel return...
This morning I found the engine code: 1962 high compression. I’ll try to learn how to obtain a “smaller” image to post

That (AFB) app makes sense; there is an adaptor plate between the Holley and the manifold.

What model (& year) Buick was the manifold listed under with an AFB ?

While most Buicks of the period do run Carters, a quick look at references almost looks like the 215 may have run Rochester 4GC.

Thank you. I didn’t realize that. The guy I got my Buick and Olds 215s from is a Holley guy, but I’d been told they both had Rochesters. I appreciate the update.
