i have 69'buick gs with 455 aluminum stage 2 heads 9.o :1 cr a small .490 lift cam 3500 stall in a 3800lbs. gs. The car would run 11.40s at 116mph.
Now i have gone to 12.5 cr .620 lift 508s t/a cam,
the heads are being ported by greg gessler with 2.16 intake valves. just wanted to know if anyone had a simuler setup to compare too how the car will run wishing for 10.50s or faster

Not sure about what your times will be, I am looking to build my 71 GS 455 to run comparible #'s as yours. What year is your block and what are you running for rods, pistons, lifters, rockers, induction and ignitions? Also do you like the cam you have and what brand is that? Does it sound like a bracket car and what do you idle at? Also hows the driveability of it?
