1967 Buick Special Deluxe 4 door sedan, V-8, Built in Kansas City, 2054th body of this style, Aqua Trim (cloth and vinyl), Aquamarine / Shadow Turquoise 2 tone paint. The rest are option codes that may be a mystery.

Hey Thank You. Your seeing V8 ? I am trying to decode the options. W= Tinted windshield, o= Two Tone Paint, X= ST300 Trans, F= Remote Mirror, Y= Deluxe Seat Belts

Here are some numbers I have: 2C-custom padded seat cushions, 2X-power windows, 4F-remote outside mirror, 4Z-moldings, 5Y-deluxe seat belts

That chart is complicated to follow! Have a look at the ones available here by looking at the top of this page (or going to the "Reference" section) at the chart entitled Identification, VIN, Trim, Engine Specs and more... , click on the year you are interested in, and then click through to "VIN", "Body Number", etc.
 
For some reason, the service that is in the forum header does not work well. I need to buy a spare part for the engine and urgently need to decipher the VIN number. I read Epicvin's blog and it was stated that it is necessary to enter VIN country codes

If nothing else works, you can type in the VIN here. What is the engine size (if you know it)? We may have to ask some more questions to pinpoint the needed part.
