I picked up this Buick straight 8 and installed it in a 48 Chevy 3/4 ton truck, married to a Muncie 420 4 speed on the floor.

Wow, I want to see that! Have always wanted to do same. Any pictures?

Yes, I'd like to see pictures too. I always thought the Buick straight eight would make a good truck engine. I have seen a few sawmills powered by Buick. Wish I had pictures.
