Gary, you should familiarize yourself with the bucket seats used on other GM models, so that you have a larger pool of options, otherwise you are at the mercy of $1000 for a pair of seats that is predatory overpriced. You can replace the vinyl according to the model of the car. It costs nothing to ask the sellers to measure the base for you and provide more images to online listings. If there is no cooperation than it's a red flag, there is plenty of available seats. If you have a current set of seats that has broken springs, it can be repaired.
 
I'm also looking at buckets for the 66 the guts in it are shot any links to sellers?

You can get premolded new foam from American Cushion Industries #GMA6265 is for 62-65 A Body, i used on 63 skylark same as other GM cars. Point i was making is you probably are not going to find Buick seats, instead you match the GM seat used on multiple cars. Same goes for the springs as well, and get metal straightened and welded as needed if it has cracks. The original seats are all repaired of the "guts", part of the work of upholstery. If you just want to there is plenty of new seats for $1500-1700.

Thanks for options about cheaper seats that might need repairs.l see you can buy most individual parts of inner spring.why pay more seats with good covers just to put on what I need. Most 450.00 + 200.00 shipped. All I got is scammers so far.you were right about no pics.red flag some wanted my e- mail to send pics. You check history on the websites they have no history. No wanted or for sale. One guy I got a lead! Thanks
