'73 455 dual exhaust system

Hi folks,
I would like to change my single exhaust with a dual exhaust on my '73 455 Centurion convertible. There is the 2nd crossmember passage, so I'm asking to you professionals an e-shop where I can look for/buy a complete system, if possible suitable for a DIY job, without bending/welding.
Thx in advance

I would suggest that you take it to a muffler, exhaust specialty shop and just let them do it and avoid the headaches. All you probably want is a nice OE style dual setup, and a muffler shop can put that out quite quickly and economically. It is no fun working on exhaust without a hoist.

If you really want to do it yourself, most "kits" designed for your car will fit pretty well because they are bent and cut using modern computer technology. Most kits also have more joints than you will get from a muffler shop because of shipping constraints.

Thanks Bob for your suggestion; the matter is that I've looked here in Italy for some muffler shops near me, and the cheapest asked me 1.000 € (1.100 $) for the job done
On the contrary I found some kits (f.e. #680120 at Summit Racing) that I can receive for 510$ shipped to my home door; but pictures showing those kits and the descriptions don't allow me to be sure it would be an easy DIY job (I have a friend with a hoist in his garage, I can cut and expand pipes for female junctions but no bending machine or welding ability). That's why I asked here if someone can help me with a site, a kit brand/number, etc. suitable for my car.
Furthermore, it's a real joy to work around your beloved classic! :)
Greetings

I would buy two head pipes for hook up to exhaust manifolds,

A-BODY 2.5 DOWN PIPE 455 STOCK
Product ID: TA_2008A
A-BODY 2.5" DOWN PIPE 455 STOCK
Fits `64-`77 Special, Skylark, GS, Sportwagon, Regal, Century, `78-`88 Regal, with 400-430-455, 2.5” Exhaust System

Then you can pick a set of mufflers. For pipes after the mufflers, you may be able to order something from Summit. Some cutting will be necessary, but you should be able to clamp it all together.
