Someone changed the pistons in the 17 years before you owned it. That is a part number for Speed Pro Forged pistons. Here is an article by Dennis Manner about the cams installed in 455's
If someone changed the pistons, they probably changed the cam. The Stage1 cam was easy to ID. There was a single groove right behind the 1st cam journal.
