it needs considerable work. Probably not for inexperienced. Someone with knowledge to complete project otherwise will continue to decay in someone's yard.

When reading the post title my first thought was of a gun for sale. I guess it was from my other life as a probation and parole officer. Glad to see it was a car. LOL.
