I just pulled the engine out of my 1965 Buick Special for an LS swap
aftermarket parts on engine: TA 212 camshaft new lifters/ new TA valve Springs/ TA timing set/ TA high flow water pump
I replaced the head gasket a year ago for a broken exhaust bolt the pistons are the semi dished pistons 9:1 CR stock heads.
this engine ran perfect in my idiotic idea it needed a fatter camshaft now engine needs a camshaft and lifter. Number 7 exhaust lifter shaved the camshaft within the first 10 minutes...
