1971 Wheel opening moldings

Hello!

As my very first post on this forum I would like to see if anyone can help.
I just bought '71 Skylark GS350 Convertible project car and it does need pretty much all to be redone. One which buggers me is that it doesn't have wheel opening moldings on it. I was kind of used to the fact (from Chevelle world) that you can buy about everything new. It seems that Buick is a different story.. Which is kind of surprise to me. So anyone to point where I can look for these, except for obvious eBay stuff..

The ease of restoring a chevelle, camaro, or mustang is not enjoyed by other makes, Buicks, or models:( though it is always getting better). Your only options are probably to call anyone who parts Buicks, Watch wrecking yards, and keep an eye out. MMMmmm..... I see you are in Finland! That is going to make it really hard to find reasonably price parts, You have to find someone willing to package and ship, not too bad if the parts have a high value, but if they are not, many won't want to deal with it. I expect freight and customs will be a killer!

Watch the TeamBuick Classifieds, Join the Buick Club of America and get their magazine for the ads, and subscribe to Hemmings for their ads.

Good luck!

Yeah, that's so true about high shipping prices, but luckily we have Sweden as our western border neighbour, so I might search for these items there. They have greater U.S. classic car base than we do in Finland. Anyway, thanks for reply!
