Will this work? i have a good set of ’70 heads and access to a ‘73 engine in good shape. Would the combo make decent power or would it need different pistons and a cam to liven it up? Thanks

The combustion chamber difference will only be 2 or 3 ccs difference. The 73 heads will be just as good. There are some differences in the block/heads but nothing that can't be overcome. If you really want to make big power, consider a set of aluminum heads. With the TA Performance heads, 10.5:1 compression and a cam with 230* of intake duration, you will make 500+ HP.
