Can anybody tell me of a modern crossover for the '50 Special (248) water pump pulley? Mine is cracked. I don't think it can handle the stress of an alternator.

Well after a year, I've finally got my 50 special started and running. Now the only problem I have (at this point!) is that the torque converter is leaking at the seam! This is a bolt together converter and my manual is telling me to torque the bolts to 30-35 ft/lbs. As soon as I get to 25 lbs...
