Hey anyone know what this might mean. This was written under the hood on the firewall of my 54' special.... B 12/14 in what looks like chalk and appears to have been there since birth. You can see in one of my pages photo's.

Hey KMC how did u go with your idea. I read elsewhere it was okay to put the 322 manifold and 4 barrel on a 264 and that it was one of the few options to power up the old boat anchor (lol). It's the same block anyways. This idea was recommended over putting risers on the motor. Can't think of...

I'm looking to replace the steering box in my special. It's not power, just standard. Can anyone recommend a suitable replacement whether it be Buick or something else. Preferably something that will bolt right up or with very little mods. Thanks in advance chaps. Pete.

Can anyone tell me if a 56' heater core from a super will fit a 54' special. I'm aware that many parts are interchangeable between these years but not sure about the models. Thanks in advance.:car:

Guys, I have a problem with my throttle sticking. On odd occasions whilst driving the auto choke revs the motor up and won't return to normal. Usually I have to put it in neutral and pull over then kick the accelerator pedal flat to the floor for it to kick down. Any idea's on what is wrong. I...
