65 2 dr LeSabre. Had blown 300 so gave it away with idea to put in 430 which I have extra. After old motor extraction see job is not that easy. So found a 64, 300 Alum heads, Alum 4 barrell. So full of pack rat droppings (stored with no carb) I vacuumed for an hour. Missing one rocker cover so...

I want to put a 430 into a 65 LeSabre. Had a 300 2 Barrel (what were they thinkin, it's 18 Ft long ?) Sort of a Wild cat clone. Any info would be appreciated. Can I fit Electra front springs? Plan to use 200-4R trans and something different at the rear?:confused:
