    Did you find a realistic option for your 5-speed? I just got an import with a ‘62 215 Buick and a lightweight (rated max. 245 ft. lbs. torque) Borg Warner T50 five speed.

    That (AFB) app makes sense; there is an adaptor plate between the Holley and the manifold.

    I just got my first Buick 215. It arrived with an intake manifold with casting number Y 1349520. It appears to be slightly modified at the carb mounting corners, and currently holds a Holley 4160. I’ve gone through all the “Reference” info seeming applicable.
