    Wallbro bellows

Thats great, CJ! Thanks for your help. I will see what this weeks 3D printing gives and order some. It would be nice to have a 3D alternative as the petrol here gets more and more alcohol and other stuff in it. But a replacement at least will give me the chance to start the engine. Again. ...

    Wallbro bellows

Hi CJ, thanks. I did write to them twice and even ordered the kit (double). But I got no reaction and no parts. Maybe because I am in Europe. That is the reason I started looking for something else. I like the looks of the walbro and would prefer to use that. Groeten Duco

    Wallbro bellows

Yeah, well it is not my own, but there is a small company nearby. It is an experiment which they like as well. The problem is the material to be used. It costs a bit to make the design and find the way to prepare the printer ( heated environment. etc). The total cost may exceed an alternative...

    263 Street Build

OK, good for you. Mine is very low in the care and therefore needed an electric fan. Good luck with the rest. groet Duco

    263 Street Build

Interesting. Good solution, but how about complete height. Will this not interfere with the hood (carbs)? And cooling? Love the movie! met groet Duco The Netherlands

    My New 263

Hi Pat, Yeah I believe you. Building the body and all the details takes lots of time, but is also nice to do. As for the blower. I think it will probably look even nicer when finished. Thanks for the foto's , especially the alternator ones . I understand the approach and will see if I can find...

    My New 263

Hi Freeman Any progress? I have one older question. What type of alternator did you use in the conversion with parts of the old dynamo? Isn't cooling an issue? I like to stick to 6 V. met groeten Duco

extra additional waterway to rear of block

extra additional waterway to rear of block

Hi Bob, Yeah, that is a good point. My idea would be very contra productive and make things worse. Reversing and starting at back would be better, but how to do that. Will give it some thought. Thanks ( Bedankt) Duco

    Wallbro bellows

update: Teflon is available but almost impossible to use as environmental issues need an expensive controlled set up and special ( also expensive) printer. Viton might be a solution, but is not ( yet) available as filament.

    Wallbro bellows

I am using a specialist . I have a design, but if somebody has more details (wallthickness?), that would be great. Than the design needs to be programmed. Meanwhile these tests need to be done to decide upon material . Than some test prints.. If all is ok, printing larger numbers is not very...

    Wallbro bellows

Another issue. I have an external Wallbro-Wep11 6V petrol pump. It was New Old Stock. Before the summer I tried it and it did nothing. Upon opening I found the bellows completely gone ( to goo, and never contact with any petrol). I tried ordering a replacement bellows in a revision set, but do...

extra additional waterway to rear of block

HI all, I searched a bit but could not find anything on this subject. Has somebody experience with an additional water pipe from front to rear of the block in order to improve cooling at the back? Mine is a 263 but with 2 SU carburetors. I was thinking of adding a (copper) pipe first and later...

    starter or solenoid issues?

Hi All Tried the starter of my 263 first time today. First some issues with the relay. Then the starter turned, engaged and actually turned the engine about one turn. But very very slowly. Tthe starter and wires got very hot. After that only the solenoid clicked and the wires got hot again. but...
