Here is an eBay item for a LH and RH pair showing the 9623941 part no stamped on the left handle:
So it appears you need the part for a '71-75 LeSabre or Centurion convertible.
GM did not sell the 9623941 handle by itself. GM parts books show the "folding top front roof rail lock" as an assembly of the handle, hook, and spring. Part no for the lock started out as 9835065 in '71 and was superceded by 9623939 during the '73 model yr.

The 9623939 fits all '71-76 B & E Body GM convertibles (for those interested, the right hand part nos are one number lower). Hope this is what you are looking for.
