Can someone help me with this data plate decoding please. Vehicle has bucket seats and a 2 spd console, no air, 300 wildcat motor. Unsure if the motor and trans are original to vehicle. A question I have is this an early model 1968, wondering if that motor could be a carry over from the 1967...

How about that center console, I have never seen one with just a low and drive (2 spd). Seems to kind of add to the rarity of the potential vehicle. I don't have vin or data plate info yet.

Anyone have an idea why they wouldn't sit flush with the gasket?? Bueller, bueller???

Hello everyone, I just put sport mirrors on my car. But I noticed that in the front base the lower metal doesn't contact the gasket. The gap is around an 1/8". I'm sure it is something simple, but has anyone run into this issue before, and what was the solution? Thanks in advance.:shield:

I'm just throwing this out. But for excellent handling wouldn't you want to run solid control arm bushings in the rear lower control arms? Then taking this another step forward, why not eliminate the bushing, and make a solid boxed lower arm with some sacrifical surface between the arm and frame...

I just purchased two fenders, primed with 3 holes horizontaly in each fender. Are these GS fenders? Or drilled for the emblems? :hurray:

Are these as good as the 1970-72 heads? Is 300.00 reasonable for a used set? Or could I build up a set of Non-stage 1 heads cheaper? I the guy is guaranteeing is that they are not cracked.:confused:

Is the frame drilled for the different GM engine applications. Maybe holes for Buick, Chevy, Olds engine mounts?? I'm very new to the whole buick world. I know on chevy vehicles there are different holes for the V6/V8 applications sometimes.
