Have a 1987 Buick Lebabre with the 3.8. Can some one tell me which trans is in that car? Going to change fluid but I guess there is 2 possible kits for that year car? Thanks for any replys!! :)

It's been awhile since one has been burnt out on the old Buick. The drivers side has gone out can someone refresh me how to get at this one? Do i have to take the whole lens out? Or was this one able to get at from behind and turn socket out? Thanks:thumbsup:

Looking for a master window switch for my 1987 Lesabre, it's the button type that shows up and down on the control. It is the four button ten prong switch. Any one know where is a good place to get one? Thanks Terry :bgrin:

Friend of mine had my car on hoist to check out another problem. Said I needed a right front axil. Is there any way by just driving the car that one would know it's bad? Seems it drives ok. Said he seen some oil or grease by boot. Car has 164.000 miles. Thanks:waving:

Replaced all three bulbs in rear tail light assembly on my Lesabre. Bulbs i took out were a 2057 bulb. I did not have any 2057 bulbs but did have some 1157s which i replaced with. Seems every thing works fine. Is there a difference in the two? Should i replace with original 2057...

Have not ever changed fuel filter on my 87 Buick Lesabre. Car runs great. Every now and then I put in a bottle of injector cleaner thru it. Car has 164.000 miles. Do I need to really change the filter:confused: Thanks!:wavey:

Put new brake front hoses and pads on my 87 Lesabre last week. It was quiet till a couple days after the work. Now i hear what sounds like a chirp at about 15 mph and above:jeez: I figure if it was the pads you whould not hear the noise when appling the brakes. But i do. They are cheaper...

Have a 87 Buick Lesabre with 164,000 miles on it and runs great. Got to thinking I have never replaced the pcv valve. Since it runs fine do I really need to change it:jeez: or is it a good idea to:confused: Thanks!:waving:

Changed tranny fluid in my Buick, book says 11 us quarts. What would be the correct capacity minus whats in the torque converter:confused: Want to do it right with out over filling. Seems last time I added about six Quarts. Thanks:hurray:

I have a 87 Buick Lesabre. For a long time the brake light on the back deck was not working. Checked bulb, and then found there was no juice to it. Traced it back to the stop light switch above brake pedel. The light blue wire is for the third brake light. Move it a little with my tester, check...

Have a 87 Buick Lesabre this morning went to put on seatbelt then to take off. Found that shoulder strap will not go back in. The lap belt retracts but shoulder belt will not. Is there a spring that went, can it be replaced or what? any ideas? Thanks!:beers:
