Where is the temperature controller located?

1966 Buick Riviera. I can pull the hose off of the vacuum accumulator and plug it. Then the air works on defrost put it back on then it switch back to vent air.

What makes the temperature control switch from defrost to vent air? The reason why I'm asking is that the only way I can get mine to switch to defrost is to pull the vacuum line off of Vacuum Actuator under the dash. How can I remedy this?

Have anyone ever installed a disc brake kit for a 1966 Buick Riviera. I'm in the process now installing the Performance On-Line kit but running into a problem with my brake booster. It doesn't match up with the factory mount and the pushrod is too long. Is there an alternative booster that I can...

Do you think that you could find out the size and the spline of the rag joint?

Oil change, filter yes, greased suspension no. I don't drive it like that. I basically just start it up and let it run for a while.

I have all ready had the front suspension kit installed 10 years ago but I don't think they greased the upper and lower ball joints. Just had those replaced yesterday and also the idler arm but the center link no and how much for a rag joint complete not the kit?

Just left from talking to the mechanic he showed me where the centerlink on the pitman's arm had a lot play in it. Is there anyway to replace that grommet in the centerlink?

I'll try to send them some other way.
