3 screws are secure. It's funny, but, window does not roll down all the way! Could these things be connected??

Thanks for the help. I'm pretty sure that there is no "washer" between striker head and base of striker. But I'm not clear as how this would help? It seems the striker post needs to be set back, or inboard 3/16" or something.

I haven't checked the 3 screws for latch plate, but I know exactly what you are referring to. I'll be sure to check them as soon as I get car back.

Thanks for the quick response! Fit and finish is perfect. The door has just a bit of play when it latches, enough play that it rattles. The passenger door closes snuggly. I can't figure out how to adjust latch to tighten door when closed.
